Over 18s only if you are under 18 you need to provide a guarantor for your booking .Cancellation policy. Once you have booked your stay,our agreement is a legal contract. We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for a reason out of our control. We would endeavour to find you alternative accommodation, however this was not possible or unacceptable to you, your deposit will be refunded. Certain weekendsof the year are a 3 night minimum stay, should you book these occasions and later cancel one of the days, you will be charged for the full 3 days, as per original booking.
